Routine + Policy + Positive Client Realtionships = Good Stuff!
Please take note of our Policies to Keep things in Check!
1. INITIAL VISIT is required to assure the comfort of you and your pet with our arrangements, to go over the Routine, and gather important information. INITIAL VISIT is $20, which is credited as your first true visit when booked.
2. You MUST disclose if your pet has any history of biting, nipping, or injuring any other animal or human at the Initial Visit.
3. We appreciate your Contact Numbers and Emergency Phone Numbers kept in a Visible Place while you are Away or at work.
4. Payment must be rendered In Advance of your Travel or Work Week. If other arrangements need to be made, they must be done in advance. A 5$ Late Fee Applies to each day late a Payment is Applied. (Don't worry, you can call and make a Credit or Debit Card payment if you forget to Leave the Cash...)
5. We Love Referrals! When your friend, neighbor, or family member books after your referral, you receive a 50$ Credit.
